Monthly category budgets
A limit of 0 (blank) means no limit for that category. Spending is counted from this month's real transactions.
Recurring transactions monthly, posted when you open the app on or after its due day
Recurring items are never backfilled for months you did not open the app — only the current month is posted, once, on or after its due day.
